Material: Both the casein recipe and the potato starch recipe. What you learn: You’ll explore two biowaste recipes, experience how they feel, and learn what you can do with them. The emphasis is on sensory experience rather than making a final product. Structure: Brief introduction, followed by hands-on testing of one shape with each material, guided by the instructor — feel, smell, and observe. No take-home pieces.
